Introductory Package: 

4 privates $210

Required for all new clients prior to any session. These four private sessions will include an assessment, introduction to the equipment, and the foundational work. Be prepared to workout!

Individual Sessions:

Private session:$65 each,$60 discounted

One-on-one sessions with an instructor that includes a mix of apparatus based on client’s needs. Discount available for clients with a regularly scheduled weekly session.

semi-private session:$37 per session,$33 Discounted

Two clients with one instructor. Will include a mix of apparatus. Due to the small student-teacher ratio, these classes will still be individualized. Come in with a friend or I will find you a partner. Discount available for clients with a regularly scheduled weekly session.

Cancelation policy:

I have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of class, you will be charged.

Make up policy:

If you cannot attend one of your classes, I will work with you to reschedule.

Studio Policies:

Please NO PERFUME OR COLOGNE.    

Please NO CELL PHONES in class.  Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis for doctors on call or parents of young children.
